Privacy Policy

This page explains what information No Deposit Guide collects from visitors, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We wrote it in plain language rather than dense legal boilerplate, and we mean what it says.

Privacy and data protection

Who we are

No Deposit Guide is the publication running at gameofourlives.org, an independent US information site about no-deposit casino bonuses, sweepstakes-style play, and related legal and tax topics. We are not a casino, not a sweepstakes operator, and not a state regulator. This policy covers the gameofourlives.org website only, not any third-party site we link to.

Information we collect

We keep collection to what's needed to run a simple content site. There are two categories.

Technical information collected automatically

Your browser sends technical information automatically when you visit, including your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how long you stay, and the page that referred you here.

Information you send us directly

The second category is anything you send us directly, such as your name, email address, and message content when you write to us at [email protected]. We don't run user accounts, logins, or payment processing on this site, so we don't collect passwords or payment details.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for two purposes: basic site functionality, like remembering that you closed a banner, and aggregated analytics that show us which pages get read and which don't. Analytics data is reported to us in aggregate form, page views, time on page, general geographic region, rather than as a profile tied to one identifiable person. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings, and doing so shouldn't affect your ability to read the site, though some preference-remembering features may stop working.

How we use information

We use the information described above to operate and improve the site, understand which topics readers actually need covered in more depth, respond to messages sent to our contact address, and watch for abuse or security issues affecting the site. We do not sell personal information, and we don't use visitor data to build advertising profiles for other companies.

Third parties and service providers

We rely on standard third-party services to keep the site running, for example web hosting and analytics providers, and those services process some technical data on our behalf under their own terms. We don't run affiliate tracking or casino referral links, so we don't pass visitor data to casino or sweepstakes operators through this site. If that ever changes, we'll update this page first and describe exactly what changed.

Data retention

Technical server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting, then deleted or reduced to aggregate statistics that no longer identify an individual visitor. Emails sent to our contact address are kept as long as needed to handle the inquiry and to maintain a reasonable record of corrections or corrections requests, then archived or deleted in the ordinary course of running the site.

Your choices and rights

Your general choices

You can block or delete cookies through your browser at any time, and you can decline to send us any personal information simply by not emailing us. If you'd like to know what information we hold about you, or want it corrected or deleted, email [email protected] and we'll respond and act on reasonable requests.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we've collected about you, the right to request deletion of that information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected] and we will respond within the timeframe required by California law.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Separately, the subject matter here, casino bonuses and gambling law, is intended for adults; real-money gambling requires being 21 or older wherever it's legal, and sweepstakes platforms typically require 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at [email protected] and we'll remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices change or as privacy law evolves. When we do, we'll revise the "Updated" date shown near the top of this page. Significant changes will be described clearly here rather than buried in unrelated edits. Checking back occasionally is the best way to stay current on what this page says.

Contact us

Questions about this policy, or requests related to your own data, can be sent to [email protected]. We read every message and will do our best to respond promptly and directly.
